New Technology
In the past couple of years, Eta Solutions has invested heavily into some cutting edge technology to improve our production capacity, colour tinting for inks and paints, potting and quality control.
We have acquired a 3500l high pressure Steam Reactor for our Ready-Mixed adhesive production. This means that our fantastic adhesives are heated until the starch pops and solubilises, creating pH neutral adhesives products which have higher bond strengths, do not dry to quickly, and last longer. This machine allows us to offer a much greater range of adhesive products which are suitable for premium wallcoverings such as designer wallpapers, liners with thermal properties, highly specialist lining systems, as well as regular liners and wallpapers. This Ready Mix is suitable for both Paste-the-Paper and Paste-the-Wall applications.

We are market leaders with our tinting and have purchased a solid dispensing machine from Hero, adopting a new, modern system of tinting our paints and inks. This technology uses the highest quality, VOC free powdered pigments which are stronger and much more ecological than the widely used, traditional wet pigments.
The XF200 is ready to revolutionize the market for decorative paints and coatings. This fantastic dispensing machine uses customized formulation of solid colorants to directly dose into the base paints and coatings. This means our paints and coatings have deeply pigmented colours, and it is also much more environmentally friendly.
No more liquid dispenser issues here, no sedimentation, drying in the nozzle or clogging, reduced maintenance cycle, and 100% efficient use of ingredients in production.
The XF200 ofers dry powdered pigments which are much more accurate, and convenient to use.
These State-of-the-Art pigments have low to zero biocides, are APEO free, MIT free, CIT free and VOC free.
Eta Solutions has also invested in a new, all singing all dancing, potting machine which has doubled our potting capacity with its double filling capacity.
